meffy's freezetag.....

hi all ...
i have been to a few freezetag servers where there are some
unfixed errors in the meffy mod .

after a lot of searching and questions i have obtained some fixes for these errors.

"axis have planted a bomb" where it should be "allies"

also i have obtained map descriptions for all stock maps +
some custom maps and integrated them into the meffy mod

so now a full description of where players are frozen is available in all stock maps .....i shall make these availble for any clan that runs meffys mod .
match servers have been updated with this file.
