i checked this out and all it really is its a hacked bsp with a texture swap ..not a bad job really....the reason it would not load is during the use of a hex editor there was errors.I decided to fix it as i am handy with hexing also.I am attaching fixed file.All it needs is another small fix and it would be standalone then.Meaning the obj hunt would not have any snow..i can fix that also if you like.
Ok thanks for your efforts - if you can fix those would be great 
Here is fixed standalone version that does not make original hunt snowy.Of course you can rename pk3 to whatever you wish.
