Got some thoughts
Would like to see if we can group the AAAA hosted server clans to use as an alert for AAAA issues so all hosted users get an xfire alert for service issues and also use as a backup website - it has a in-built forum for a group just needs a few topics to get it rolling and then get all to bookmark as a AAAA site backup fall back - I guess see if we can give the hosted members of clans some sort of sub area for service alerts and us the new which goes to the members on xfire as a fall back............
I also want to assign someone as a full access admin in case anything happens to me - dont mean to be deep or morbid but if I am out of the frame need someone to have full access to all to take on running AAAA does not have to be just one person but I will write some sort of doc to contain all info likes of including the domain name hosting stuff like that.......
Dont worry not planning on anything bad but would sooner have peace of mind 
Ok cheers have added a forum on xifre only basic but their if we need it - have also created a hosting group just need to add the hosted members to it so we can alert on service problems
