Hi all just wanted to ask how all your servers are running and give a few updates and waffle 
Ok current AAAA setup is we have 3 dedicated servers -:
109.70.148.54 - Dedi - 1
Running well and stable no servers will be added as it is well balanced
NO reported problems
109.70.148.92 - Dedi - 2
Running well and stable no servers will be added as it is well balanced
Some Lag reported now and again at peek times
109.70.148.37 - Dedi - 3
Running well and has scope for more servers to be added.
Some Lag reported now and again at peek times - This server has the least servers but the AAAA website now again spikes for short periods.
Budget we are ticking over monthly running costs now £132.98 as we cancelled the website as we now run it off one of the dedi's - Some debt but all in hand, we dont mind late payments and we wont pull the plug on any clan but bills have to be met and I am currently out of work so I am not able to subsidise any missing payments. We are currently not making any donations to external MOHAA supporters such as Reborn, SCAPP and MOHAAC but we have made small payments in the past when we were in credit.
It is hard for a Clan to maintain running a couple of servers and one clan has reduced recently but another added a server but I have to keep check and make sure the bills are pay'd. For my own clan MEGA a new member SOLO Ricki has already made a donation which has helped us greatly.
So for AAAA I would like at present to try and get some small credit to give us some fall back if a clan reduces or we loose a clan / player server as its a bit close on budget and the 3 dedi's are all payed at different times of the month and no fault of anyones but payments are sometimes late to Gaming Deluxe as their is not enough in the pot. Normally I cover this until the due dates of the clans but at present I can not. DONT worry we are not getting red letters or about to be cut off but causes me some stress as I am responsibly and I dont want to let anyone down.
We dont really push the hosting people come to us - I just hope you are all happy with the service the community gives and we have got great servers and stability at a budget price. Their is no point having budget price and crap servers so it always worries me and I have made mistakes in the past but the model we opted for IMO does work..........
That is 3 middle spec dedi's instead of one big high spec - One server or process looping or having problems can take down a whole dedi - We get 3 times the network and contingency from 3 dedi's so its hard to balance.
Please feed back if you feel your server is not performing then lets fix it as a community - I just hope what we have built together can be kept going for that we need the clans and players support.............
Some small changes we have 6 match servers that are to be used by ALL not just the League so any clan can use them to run stock or their own build I just ask that clans not hosted on AAAA support them as the hosted clans do - The hosted clans dont make extra payments for them but the fact they are hosted on AAAA is why those servers exist so non hosted clans I would hope see that and would make small donation to help support their use 
- I am going to put the following match servers into offline mode - They are still their if needed but I dont see the demand for them at present but can be started via SCAPP so Match server 2,4,6 will be stopped BUT can be started when required or booked just dont see the point of running them 24x7 when not in use.
I am away from July 15th to August the 5th as with Dave's current health I nominate Doublekill (Victor) to be the third dedi Server Admin for AAAA I am open to other suggestions but what we dont want is to many fingers in the pot, Victor is trusted, Technical and long serving member that most of the clans Know and he is available so hope you are all happy with that but I will listen to your feedback regarding this.
So we are ticking over great but feed back will always be listend to
