AAAA news and updates

Hi all well just some quick updates  on AAAA Hostings........

All our updates and backups are now complete and we now have an advanced KVM Remote solution for managing the server incase of problems not that we are expecting any problems Smile Things like even if the server is down or hanging we are now able to access the server via a stand alone self powered management card.

 

After we added the additional hardware SSD drive and backup drive which was funded out of my own pocket and some credit we had on the AAAA account I have now had all the money back from the community funds paid in to AAAA / Hosting so many thanks to All - and on that note I am pleased to say the AAAA account is £80 in credit................

 

At this stage we are not planning any more upgrades as we now have 1gb of drive capacity and 12gb of memory and a quad core processor and a 1gb network link.

 

I would like us to now run on current prices that were only reduced recently and ensure we have a fund pot big enough to cope if we loose a large clan from the AAAA Hosting... I guess we review budget and hosting costings around  February  next year - if we feel we have a good backup pot then we will look at reducing host costs again - what I dont want to do is end up reducing prices and then loose some hosting and struggle with costs so hopefully the backup pot will give us time to gain other clans / players for hosting....... I hope I have the balance right for you all Smile

 

Our current Hosting Charges are -:

 

  8 Slot - Total cost £4.00

 

12 Slot - total cost £6.00

 

16 Slot - total cost £7.00

 

20 Slot - total cost £9.00

 

26 Slot - total cost £10.00

 

30 Slot - total cost £11.00

 

32 Slot - total cost £12.00
